Returns & Refunds Policy:
All sales are final. No refunds.
Exchanges in footwear only (boots & shoes, excluding snowshoes) are allowed for equal or greater value. All exchanges must be sent freight prepaid and should be insured, loss in transit will not be our responsibility to compensate for lost product(s) and/or freight cost or other losses as a result of the lost shipment. All exchanged products MUST be in the original packaging, including box(es), all packing materials, hang tags, labels, or any other portion of the product packaging as it was delivered. Any products showing signs of use, abuse or missing any original packaging materials, will not be accepted as exchangeable. Replacement of approved exchange will only be shipped Fed Ex Ground prepaid to customer.

Shipping/Delivery Policy:
All orders received will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. We will try to ship within 1 business day, and usually do. Delays due to weather are beyond our control and may affect our ability to ship within 2 business days.
